Shipping Policy

All Keepsake Scrabble frames are handmade to order.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Once your frame has been completed, it will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Australia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Packaging

All frames are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

If you require your order for a birthday or special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.
