What sizes are your frames?

Our frame sizes vary depending on the design:

• 30 x 30 cm – Harry Potter, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Toy Story and Star Wars themed frames

• 28 x 35 cm – Superhero themed frames

• 13 x 18 cm – Frozen and Teacher themed frames

Each product listing will also show the frame size in the description.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Australia.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All frames are carefully packaged in protective bubble wrap and ribbon to ensure they arrive safely.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional gift wrapping options at this time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all frames are handmade and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

How long will my order take?

Our current turnaround time is approximately 1 week, which includes the time needed to create and dispatch your frame.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Australia and Australia Post delivery times.

If you need your frame for a birthday or special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Can I choose which figurines I would like?

At the moment, the Superhero frame is the only design where you can select your figurines.

For this design, you can choose four figurines from a selection of nine available options.

All other frames have a set design, and the characters included will be listed in the product description.

Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.

Please double check all details, including spelling of names, before completing your order.
